📁 File Formats

What file formats are included with my purchase?

Most products include one or more of the following formats:

• PDF – Best for printing. Preserves layout, fonts, and colors exactly as designed.

• PNG – High-resolution with a transparent background, ideal for digital use or layering.

How do I print at home?

1. Open the PDF or JPG file on your computer.
2. Go to File > Print.
3. Set paper size to 8.5" x 11" (US Letter) unless the product specifies otherwise.
4. Select "Fit to Page" or "Actual Size" depending on your preference.
5. For best results, choose the highest quality / best photo print setting on your printer.
6. Use standard printer paper, cardstock, or photo paper depending on the item.

Can I print at a professional print shop?

Absolutely! We recommend using services like FedEx Office, Staples, Office Depot, or your local print shop. Simply bring your file on a USB drive or email it to the shop. Ask for:

• Paper size: 8.5" x 11" (or as specified on the product page)
• Color printing
• Cardstock (65–110 lb) for sturdier prints like planners, cards, or signs

What paper size should I use?

The standard size for most of our printables is 8.5" x 11" (US Letter). Some products may also be available in A4 — check the product description for details. If you're unsure, the PDF is set up to print correctly on US Letter by default.

What happens immediately after I buy?

Right after checkout, you'll see a confirmation page with a "Download your files" button. You'll also receive an email from us with a download link. The link is active for 30 days and allows multiple downloads, so you can re-download anytime if needed.

Do I need to create an account to download?

No account is required. Your download link is included in your order confirmation email and on the checkout confirmation page.

🔧 Troubleshooting Downloads

I didn't receive my download email — what should I do?

• Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
• Search your inbox for an email from enjoymyprintables.com.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
• If you still can't find it, visit your order confirmation page directly — the download link is always available there.

My download link isn't working — what now?

• Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best).
• Disable any browser extensions or ad blockers temporarily.
• Make sure your internet connection is stable before downloading.
• If the link has expired or you're still having trouble, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

The file won't open — what should I do?

• PDF files: Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) for the best experience.
• JPG/PNG files: Open with any photo viewer, or use software like Canva, Photoshop, or Preview (Mac).
• Make sure the file fully downloaded before trying to open it.
